I tested the free version of the software, which worked well, but the license key for the paid version doesn't function. Their live chat is unavailable, and my email hasn't been addressed, which is quite frustrating as I need to complete this task. The free version leaves a big watermark on saved messages, making it useless while I await support.
I purchased the MBOX Recovery Tool to migrate my emails from MacBook to Exchange. Unfortunately, it did not work, and when I contacted support, they requested my credentials and MBOX data, which seems unreasonable. I asked for a refund, but they told me to wait 3-4 days, which I cannot afford. Be cautious of their claims! I have yet to receive any follow-up from support.
