I ordered chest of drawers from Mohd, but I got the item with several factory mistakes. I contacted their customer service and the problem was solved very easy and quickly. I will get complitelly new item.
You just have to take photos of unpacked item where they can see the box from outside together with factory mistakes from on the item.

This company cares neither about its customers nor its reputation. In any dispute, the company has strictly pursued its own interests, failing to show any empathy or consideration for its buyers and customers.

The item reached the warehouse 11 days ago, yet there has been no movement since. It's frustrating when promises aren't kept... However, I must acknowledge that the customer service representatives are quite courteous.

The product was damaged during delivery by the courier service. The representative worked with me to find the best solution, avoiding a return by providing spare parts and instructions for repair. Everything went smoothly. The employee handling my case took personal responsibility and followed up until the issue was resolved. I really appreciated the support!
The item arrived damaged. I've noticed that this seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. I will update my review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily. Update - Customer service responded following my initial review, and the broken item will be replaced once it's back in stock.
I ordered some chairs that were supposed to be available in 3-4 weeks. I left for vacation and received notice that the chairs had been shipped. Customer service failed to inform me that they would arrive earlier. After complaining, I learned that the chairs would be delivered to a UPS access point, where I could pick them up after my vacation. I explained multiple times that I have no car and cannot carry four dining chairs, but the representative insisted I could try. I had to explain that they needed to contact UPS to rearrange delivery, but she simply stated that the chairs would be returned and we'd deal with it later. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Responses take several days and offer no solutions.
The customer service is truly exceptional—helpful, dedicated, attentive, and professional. I had an issue with an item I purchased years ago that became faulty. The kind representative took considerable time and effort to arrange a repair with the manufacturer, even though it wasn't the company's responsibility. There was extensive communication, and they took full ownership of the issue. I would gladly order from them again; they handle international shipping competently.
