I ordered a shelving unit in mid-September. I received an automatic email with a tracking link, which was professional. Unfortunately, my item has been delayed twice. I reached out via email and phone without success, which caused some concern, but they later called to explain that the manufacturer caused the delay and hope to deliver shortly after Christmas. It’s taking longer than I expected, but I appreciate their efforts to assist, even though the issue is beyond their control. I'm located in the UK.
We purchased from their online store. ZERO STARS if i could. MOHD has the WORST after-sales service I have experienced to date. All good when you're purchasing and have no issues with your purchases. The moment you have one, they become unresponsive despite several follow-ups. This is NOT what you would expect from a seller of authentic products. It reflects poorly on the brands they represent. There's a reason why they don't allow reviews on their own website.We purchased a Louis Poulsen ph5 lamp from them thinking MOHD is a reliable distributor. When there were defects with the lamp, we reached out and they claimed there is NO WARRANTY after we cut the wires during installation (which we found out to be false). Waited a week with no response. They only replied us once, after we pressured Louis Poulsen to take action. It has been a week since we sent them all the details they requested, and we are waiting for them to honor their word. They have once again ghosted us it seems. We are trying to get Louis Poulsen international to help again. It is the most regrettable purchase decision for our house.
This store is not based in the UK, so you will have to pay VAT - regardless of what they say. Also, they do not sell UK specification products, they are EU, with an EU plug. They are not designed for the UK.We cancelled our order but it was very difficult to do so. Phone is NEVER answered, chat is very slow to reply as are emails.
my order was made on august 2025. one of the pruduct of anna solo was unavailable. for few months I did not know what to do; I even thaught to cancell the order . But after I got in touch with Vale and by her most professional way of helping me ; everything was solved.

As soon as I noticed the error, I emailed the company and was assisted by Marilena, who was incredibly prompt, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.I experienced truly excellent customer service from both Marilena and the entire Mohd team, who worked efficiently to resolve the situation, even though the mix-up occurred on both sides. Their commitment to making things right and ensuring a smooth resolution was genuinely impressive.Despite the initial issue, I will definitely be purchasing from Mohd again, as the matter was handled with such care, efficiency, and professionalism. I bought an Oluce Atollo lamp. It was delivered with a bulb broken. I emailed them to notify them. It has been a week and I have received no response (even after I emailed them to follow up to ask to know that someone is looking at the claim). Radio silence. I have purchased from them five times this year and will be unlikely to do so after this experience.
