Sent 21 rings, 2 bracelets, 1 necklace (gold) 2 silver spoons. Offered $19 dollars. They received in one day, been weeks to return. Had to message them to return it and took 3 more days to send. Still haven't received my items back 10 days later. Avoid these people
They make this an easy process. Easy to follow directions and they cover the shipping cost. It’s a quick turnaround. I’m satisfied with my offer they provided. Would recommend to use again.
I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone. My friend sent them 300 BU Silver Canadian Maple Leaf coins new in tubes carefully packed. When she declined their inferior price offer, they shipped the coins back without padding, resulting in the breakage of all the plastic coin tubes and allowing potential scratching of these bright uncirculated coins and consequent loss of value. This seems to have been retaliation for my friend refusing their offer. A terrible experience with a company I cannot UNrecommend more strongly.
I received the appraisal kit and held onto it for nearly two months before using it. The customer support team confirmed that the prepaid label was still valid. I sent it through FedEx and received an offer in less than 24 hours, even on a weekend when they were expected to be closed! A+++++ I will certainly consider using their services again in the future!
