Honestly when I started using FF it was great as I am a beginner coder, however it has gotten to the point where FF is actually hindering my progression.. pages won't load, can't test, the preview page doesn't even load now. I think some serious thought is needed in making the existing platform work correctly, before offering me another 20 "new features".. a bit of a cart before the horse situation. Sad, because a platform like this has so much potential if it just worked properly....

Terrible tech support. They will send you links for basic tasks that you have already completed and therefore not answering to your problem. And then will disappear. As long as you pay and have no issue of any sort you are safe but once you have a problem, .....
Total scam. They sell broken marketplace apps that don’t work and provide zero customer support. Their so-called “team” never responds, and the only way to get your money back is by filing a dispute with your credit card company. Avoid this platform at all costs.
You can build basic apps, but you cannot debug anymore. that means you can't make mistakes, you have to know exactly what data and what state to expect and can't check it during run time. this is relatively new, they had a debug panel but its only for paid members now.Better use cursor or some vibe coding tool that can actually give you feedback and debug...
I am extremely disappointed with FlutterFlow’s service. I spent a significant amount of money on credits for my DreamFlow projects, only to find that three of them are completely unplayable—they won’t load at all. Despite reaching out multiple times, their support refuses to issue a refund, citing a strict non-refundable policy, even though the service they provided was non-functional.The responses I received were long and polite but did nothing to solve my actual problem. They tried to justify the broken service with confusing explanations about credits and system updates, but this does not change the fact that I paid for something I couldn’t use.Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend spending money on FlutterFlow until they fix these critical issues and start taking responsibility for their service.
First of all, I want to highlight the amazing empathy and professionalism of Danny from support and the billing team. They truly care about users and went above and beyond to resolve my situation. There are not many people like them in customer service, who combine real skill with genuine compassion. As for FlutterFlow itself, it is a good alternative to other no-code platforms if you need to quickly assemble an MVP. There is a large library of ready-made modules, and it is very accessible for non-technical users. Custom widgets are supported, so you can even create your own modules with help from ChatGPT or other services.I wouldn’t recommend FlutterFlow yet as an engine for commercial app releases, because there are still bugs and limitations. But for fast MVPs, prototyping, it is a very useful product for users without technical background. The community is large for such services, very active (a lot of video tutorials on YouTube), non-toxic and helpful.
I've been waiting for a response from support for a week. A ticket has been created, messages have been written to the mail - no response. They simply ignore. No action with the project for a week because they simply do not respond. I do not recommend it, the platform has a lot of bugs and something may simply stop working for you and a prompt will pop up to contact support, which does not respond.
An innovative platform that dramatically speeds up development time through a carefully structured and well thought out UI that allows you to compile code with minimal effort... Are you tired of syntax errors and tediously writing conditions for frontend design? It goes without saying that some features aren't as capable as building yourself in Dart & Flutter BUT the time savings are insane versus manually writing code. The final nail in the coffin for my love of FlutterFlow is the fact there is NO VENDOR LOCKING!There is full ability to export entire project code, sync with github etc, documentation is super helpful, great support. Also no proprietary languages or other hidden tricks to get you stuck in an 'eco-system' (e.g. like Zoho Creator)The pricing is fair and reasonable and inline with the target market, which I think is budding developers, founders building MVPs and prototypes etc.You can actually build some pretty advanced stuff with FlutterFlow. I'm truly amazed. Thanks guysAlso big shout out to Steve in their Support Team who was patient and helpful in helping me overcome a limitation with a workaround.Once again, do expect some workarounds etc which will cost you a little time, maybe a little performance, BUT this is hugely offset by the savings on development time. It can be frustrating to encounter limitations but when looking at the bigger picture it's certainly worth it and most of the time they can be easily overcome. This will speed up turning project ideas into working reality/prototypes. Definitely give it a try. Also they offer a free trial which is full feature and good enough to try out all features.
I was looking for a 'click and drag' solution. As a no coder, this was the only thing that came close to my needs. My notes for improvement would be to simply develop and publish common templates and functions rather than leave it to the market. Like Wordpress, most of the developer needs are common so, rather than make long tutorials, simply 'give the man the fish'.
