Hello,I am not satisfied with the parcel tracking process, nor with the performance of your delivery service, nor with the delivery time.In addition, the tracking method requires us to download an application that I have no use for, which I consider an unnecessary constraint.These issues are not acceptable and require, at the very least, a clear explanation from your side as well as a prompt improvement of your service.I remain awaiting your response.Kind regards,

You know I need to apologize to the Molequin team . I wrote a poor review based on the fact I hadn’t received my strap yet . I had not checked my email only to see the team had reached out with a query on my order before shipping . I feel bad and can only apologise . I was hasty . I worked directly with Sidney to make a custom, made to order strap for my Cartier Tortue CPCP. The experience was amazing. Sidney was very detail oriented and listened to all my suggestions and answered all of my questions. This watch requires very precise dimensions because it has a fold-over style clasp and not a simple pin buckle with holes. Sidney is very familiar with these requirements and made a wonderful strap in Saffiano leather that fits perfectly. I'm sure they can handle any request, but especially if you have a Cartier, they are the best place to get a strap made.
