First of all the straps are the perfect quality. They might not be the cheapest straps on the market but most certainly top notch quality. Single best strap I have bought in all those years.The post office screwed up my return shipment but the team of Molequin made sure everything turned out good in the end which is also a nice little touch!
I had ordered two leather straps for my Cartier tank. 1x suede and 1x Saffiano leather.The leather straps I got are very high quality and are very comfortable to wear. One band had unequally wide webs and therefore did not fit in the watch.After a lack of communication with the processing and the incurred return costs, I had already written off the company for myself.Then Michael from Molequin got in touch and took care of my problem.The communication was very fast and he also quickly found a solution, so that I could order the tape again with the right dimensions and am already looking forward to this one. Even the resulting return costs have been lowered for me with the new order.Thank you again, Michael 😊I can definitely recommend the bands and will order them again in the future.
