I faced issues with delivery and customer service. My order did not arrive, and the support team provided incorrect tracking information. The delivery service initiated a return. The company could not explain the situation as they were looking at the wrong tracking number. I ended up paying for an order I never received.
This was my first time ordering from the company, despite reading many negative reviews. I had a very pleasant experience with quick delivery. Although my gift bag was missing from my order, I sent an email, and it was sent out immediately. They have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. Please disregard the negative reviews.
I recently purchase about £150 worth of goods from Molton Brown, Covent Garden, London. The person who served me provided unacceptable customer service and failed to email my receipt. I wanted to make a complaint but the contact form on their website does not work. I had to dig up an email and make contact. They appeared to be concerned and told me they would send me few samples to regain my trust in the brand but then that was that. I did not receive the samples, I did not receive my receipt and they are ignoring my emails. I had no idea Molton Brown had rubbish reviews. I have just realised this by looking here and doing a google search. Apparently this is quite normal behavior from Molton Brown. Well, I was actually a regular customer for at least a decade now. They have lost me as a customer. There are far too many great options out there today. Selfridges for one has everything you could ask for if you wanted to buy gifts (which is what I usually used Molton Brown for when in a rush!). Selfridges has plenty of budget-friendly-ish products too. There is so much competition now - dozens of online stores to find gifts from. Molton Brown will fail at this rate. They already had to close their Westfield White City store.
I visited your Molton Brown Store yesterday in Dalton Park Outlet Co. Durham. I was impressed by the friendly, welcoming and informative help I received from Vicky. I live in Spain. I always buy there and I think you were a very good company. I buy last time in Isolee. Terrible. They say me I need to have an app named Shop to do a follów of my packet. Never works. From the beginning the app says me I have received my box. I send several email to isolee but one answer. The purchase takes more than 8 days With no tracking. And then I receive a horrible box With no free samples. Not is What you say in your Page.I NEVER BUY AGAIN IN YOUR SHOP
Went to the Molten Brown store in York City ( not the outlet). Served by Alex who couldn't have done more to make our shopping experience any better. Alex was attentive but not pushy and she really took time to ensure we had the perfect present for our daughter. Thank you Alex. Mary and David Haviland
