I wish to compliment staff at Molton Brown Cribbs Causeway, I went to the ‘Luxury Event at Molton Brown Cribbs Causeway’ on 29/8. I was welcomed into the store with warmth and offered a drink at the bar. I then received a arm and hand massage from Annabelle, which was so relaxing, she put me at ease and I felt so relaxed. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and I was especially impressed with the live plants in store, that really contribute to the general care and attention to detail. Thank you so much!
I visited this store a few weeks ago and really enjoyed shopping here. Was greeted by lovely young lady as I arrived. And was then served by the manager, Angelo, when I had decided what I wanted to buy. Both staff were polite and approachable, and Angelo was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Really lovely store to visit with lovely staff. But as it's not the largest of stores, I was relieved to be there when it wasn't too busy, to have the space to look around leisurely without bumping into people.
I visited your store in Cambridge and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I wanted to look at the rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I was approached straight away, the lady offering to help me. I explained what I was looking for and I asked her if you did samples of the shampoo and conditioner as I wanted to know if it would be suitable for my hair type. She said yes, she had small bottles to purchase, however upon checking she then told me they were out of stock. She then asked if I was going to buy a small bottle of black pepper shower gel! I was a bit confusedI then tried the shampoo on my hand at the basins in store, it smelled really nice but of course this gave me no idea as to if it would be suitable for my hair.After I washed my hand with the shampoo I looked for a paper towel to dry my hands on, there were none. The member of staff who had spoken to me presented me with a half used roll of toilet paper to dry my hands on! Absolutely not the standard I expect from a Molton Brown storeI feel so strongly about this that I felt I had to contact you. The member of staff I encountered did not listen to me, gave me incorrect information about products and offended me by giving me a toilet roll which was part usedCould I please ask if you do infact provide small samples of shampoo and conditioner? I look forward to hearing from you
I seem to have had the opposite experience to most reviewers. I have recently started buying Molton Brown products after a break of many years and remember them as being lovely smelling shower gels and lotions for men & women (Rose Granati for example) but my most recent purchases seem to me to be overwhelmingly masculine perfumes (e.g Fiery Pink Pepper) which do absolutely nothing for me, horrible. I won’t be buying any again. The delivery from John Lewis via Royal Mail however has been fine, unusual for RM.
I purchased infinite bottle and I have been using since I did go in Leeds branch and mentioned to them about the problem I had but they said it will get better as I use. The problem is the infinite bottle has like push from top to get shower gel it started to spew from the neck and it’s very stiff and it didn’t got better
Visited the Trafford centre Molton Brown and had the most amazing customer service from the lovely Elise B. Wow wow wow! Honestly this girl needs a pay raise. From the minute I walked through the door she was amazing and very professional. Definitely recommend come here if Elise is in! Thank you for the lovely recommendation on the boyfriends scents.
Good products, shame about the web site.After many years of using the web site for purchases and being a member of the Molton Brown Rewards Club, I am still unable to use the points/ rewards I generate.The site produces a code when I redeem the points but it NEVER takes the value of points from the order. I have told the company about this before and they are not bothered in the slightest. It must be £50 plus I have missed out on.Don't be seduced by the offer of points, they don't work as you cannot go back and use them again as the web site greys out the box as USED. The web site is only pennies more than local retailers, that's why I use it.
Covent Garden Store - AngeloI usually don't bother with reviews but if anyone deserves a positive review, it is Angelo, with whom I just dealt with over the phone. One of these people not only super friendly, helpful but goes the extra mile. Even rang me back to provide me with additional choice of something that has been discussed. Visited the St. Paul's store in June to buy some souvenirs for taking back to Malaysia. Served by Loredana Anton, who is very polite and professional. She's taken the time to go through the fragrance that I like. Also given me some fragrance samples to try out. Well done for a good service.
