Review Time
I carefully reviewed ratings for Conteenium prior to placing my order. I also reviewed their website indicating the watch was in stock, that processing the order would take 1-2 days, that FedEx shipping would take 2-4 business days. I placed the order with payment in full on February 2, 2026. The payment processed quickly and the receipt said I would get shipping information in 1-2 hours. Eight days later and nothing. Two e-mail exchanges in which the only answer was "we are experiencing some processing issues." My patience is gone. I need resolution. Conteenium is not living up to their own expressed policies and that is unacceptable.

This raised a red flag—why would they send it to themselves first? I suspect they may have used my payment to acquire the watch through questionable channels, especially since the manufacturer is in Paris. Currently, I have no tracking information or the watch. They mentioned delivery delays due to bad weather, but the weather in Paris has been mild. It's puzzling, and I have doubts about their reliability. As of 1/16/2026, I have no watch, my credit card is charged, and there's no tracking or delivery estimate. I may consider a chargeback due to my concerns about this vendor's trustworthiness, as I have shared my experiences on various forums.
