Booking an appointment was easy. We were welcomed by Humayra who helped us pick out the appropriate uniform. She was polite and helpful, with no pushy selling. My daughter was able to try on numerous items, with no pressure to hurry, until we found the correct fit.The young lady at the till point was also polite and helpful.My only complaint is the price of the uniform, but that will always be expensive.
Gauri gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything about the product clearly and answered all my questions with a smile.She really knows her stuff and made sure I understood everything before making a choice. We visited the Maidstone shop in Newnham Court early August without an appointment and were greeted quickly, shown to the correct uniform and guided through what was optional for my son's new school and what items were compulsory. Madison was extremely helpful, firstly guessing the correct sizes based on my son's build which is a gift in itself and saved us a lot of time trying several sizes on. Madison reminded us of mouth guard, scientific calculator, and an extra tie, all of the things I'd thought I'd remember to purchase but hadn't. The shop itself was extremely tidy, the assistants were quick to help any new customers. A very well oiled machine. Madison made what could have been a stressful experience with two younger children in tow a very quick and easy one. Highly recommend Newnham Court's Monkhouse
We booked an appointment for the Hove store. My son is started secondary school and Sophie P was really helpful, friendly and very welcoming, she had great knowledge for exactly what we needed. The whole experience was easy and quite quick which was perfect. The other staff were lovely and friendly too. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Great customer service.
