Reflecting on my experience, I've noticed numerous negative reviews about the beauty advent calendar for 2025. I placed my order in October 2024 for a calendar priced nearly at £400. While its absence was manageable, my main frustration lies in the difficulty of reaching anyone for assistance. It took until mid-January 2025 to receive my refund. I sent several emails (which took weeks for responses), tried to connect via social media, and even left a voicemail on the only contact number I could find. It's shocking that such a prominent fashion entity operates in this way. I will not engage with this company again, but if you find yourself in a similar predicament, I recommend contacting the parent organization. It's unfortunate since the calendar itself appeared appealing.

Subscription experience is frustrating due to website issues.

The subscription process is frustrating because the website is poorly designed. I keep getting stuck in a loop trying to log in. I'm still unclear about what benefits I receive from all-access, aside from a lot of advertisements!

British Vogue has lost its charm

British Vogue no longer resembles its former self. Since the new editor took charge, the magazine feels disorganized and unsure of its audience. There are several pages dedicated to selling baby clothes, and the models, once celebrated for their beauty, now appear overweight and ordinary. An article featured new 'It girls,' many of whom are trans men. I won't be purchasing it again. Vogue has become overly politically correct.
