My daughter had outgrown some of her uniform and so I ordered a new sweater and blazer. They were sent out very quickly and we received them within three days. One piece of feedback. The only measurement for the blazer was the chest measurement. I am not sure if returns would be free or not, but it would be better if the sleeve length was also available, perhaps the only blazer length. While her blazer fit fine, if the sleeves are a tad too long, but it would have been nice to have more information. Also more information about the number of pockets, I was glad it had the same amount of pockets as the previous Linela blazer.
I bought a V neck fleece for my son 4 months ago and the stitching under the arm has come undone, so there is now a hole in the armpit. Monkhouse have asked me to return the item so they can decide whether or not to replace it, which is fair enough. My real complaint is that the fleece cost the best part of £65.00, delivered, and the quality is simply not there. On both my children's jumpers the stitching that joins the V neck has always come undone. I am not the only one to have experienced this, it is often mentioned on the school Facebook group when second had fleeces are made available for purchase. The listings will often mention the usual V neck stitching problem. The fact that the products are so expensive would suggest that they are high quality, sadly, in my experience, they are not.
