WARNING: SCAMMERS! Do not waste your money or time on this company! I ordered before reading reviews and only spent £27, but many others have lost more. Though they appear to be based in the Netherlands, items arrive weeks later from China with poor quality. The product I received was cheap and poorly made. I plan to file a complaint and share my experience on social media.
Only gave 1 as not able to rate lower STAY CLEAR OY THESE CHARLATANS THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS AS I FOUND OUT TO MY DISMAY I ORDERED LEATHER RIDING BOOTS £50 plus they arrived they were material and of the worst quality ever Olivia will be the one on the other end giving her spiel all rubbish Just please don’t entertain these at all
Absolutely disgusting cheap rubbish from china. I ordered some leather orthopaedic loafers. I feel misled as company claimed to be in Netherlands. I received shoes that were not the size 6 uk I had ordered despite label stating size. I asked for a refund. They asked for my reason and I explained they were not a 6. They suggested I keep them and order the next size up. I pointed out that I would just like a refund, the shoes were not leather as stated. They told me to ship them back to china for a refund. They had a return address in London and a website in the Netherlands. They are complete and utter lowlife scammers!! Trading standards next!!!
I ordered these boots then read the reviews. Big mistake, only ten minutes later tried to cancel but told item already shipped. The quality is poor they are I’ll fitting and uncomfortable to wear. It says on their return policy you have 60 minutes to cancel. These people are dishonest they make it as difficult as possible for customer to return item stating you have to ship item pay tracked return cost, import taxes and customs to China. Yet the company is based in Netherlands and there is a return address to Southall, London on outside of package. Have reported and opened a case via PayPal. Buyer BEWARE read the reviews! Speak volumes!
This company is Chinese based that sells low quality crap for high prices. I bought a pair of "waterproof " trainers for £46. I later found Amazon selling g identical for £14. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they intervened on my behalf issuing me a refund. Avoid this company. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before purchasing.
My daughter purchased a reduced leather pair of boots for £57.00 for Christmas and they are PLASTIC! Absolutely shoddy quality, and not the correct European size, they would not refund & offered my daughter who is a student, to keep the boots, and a 20% gift card & to send them back to China at £26 postage charge . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter is mortified.
I ordered expensive walking boot from this company and I made a mistake with the size, I’m size 9 and I accidentally ordered size 12.When I ordered I really thought the Montfort was a reputable UK company but it’s not they are based in China and are charging expensive prices for cheap imitation products . They expect me to pay the postage to return the shoes and if they were based in the U.K. that would not be a problem but the postage charge to return the cheap nasty shoes is more than they are worth.They have offered me a 25% refund which means I’m totally out of pocket . They shout state on there website that they are based in China and should not be allowed to mislead customers
Please please don't touch these people with a barge pole - they're just charlatans. The quality of the goods is rubbish and comes from China and takes weeks to arrive. It's just cheap Chinese rubbish and there's no relation to the photographs. When you try to send it back you have to send it back to China with no guarantee of getting any money back. They make returns as difficult as they possibly can!! This is just a scam company and Olivia is a total pratt face. Don't go near them please please please!!! You have been warned!
