Do not use this farcical app

Do not use this farcical app. Fell hook, line, and sinker for a soulmate reading. Went through the whole free questionnaire to be emailed a preview which could only be accessed by then paying for a subscription. Opted to do a one week trial. Paid for it, no reading in sight. Just a basic account created with generic astrology that AI can pull together. Immediately deleted my account. Still got charged a week later despite having no active account. Requested a refund with proof of browser history showing deletion activity, and was told no sorry, we don't do refunds. Not even when the product was misrepresented and the account literally no longer exists. Do not waste your time or money. Update 11/3/25: company told me to get in touch so they could investigate the issue and all they did was deny me a refund again. Useless.
