I became a customer of Moongrade because they promised a bespoke astrology plan at a discount. Their email stated as soon as I paid, that the plan would be waiting within the app. This bespoke plan never arrived. I tried a few things and then requested a refund as well as cancelling my monthly subscription. While they cancelled the subscription, they absolutely refused - across several disjointed emails- to refund the initial fee. They stated that they would only refund my money if the product was faulty. But the product was worse than faulty - it was never delivered and they showed no interest in this fact. Avoid this company at all costs - it’s a sham.
