The worst customer experience ever. I made a mistake when purchasing emailed immediately and they said they couldn’t help me. I then asked if I can exchange or refund and they said no. For a new company you would think they would be trying to gain customers but honestly I can’t stop telling people to never ever buy from them
i had a great experience with moon nude !! i got two lunch bags for my mom and myself—such sweet, personalized pieces. i love the quality of them; they are so spacious as well, and the adorable fabrics you can choose from! 10/10 recommend! <3
Great bags. Looks like good quality. And the designs are cute.it was difficult to chose.
I had 1 problem and that was that I could not find anywhere If I had to pay extra taxes or fees when it deliverd.
If you order from the Netherlands I can say that I didn't need to pay extra when it arrived in the Netherland.
I have ordered a vanity bag from this brand in January as I have been wanting something from this brand for genuinely the longest time. It said that the bag should be delivered between 6 to 8 working days and when it didn't, I was slightly concerned. However, I DID NOT realise that Moon Nude was based in Wyoming and for a little bit of context, I am from the UK😭. When I reached out to the customer service, they replied to me immediately and have contacted me and kept me updated all throughout the delivery process. They even emailed me when my bag got delivered. I have genuinely never experienced such lovely customer service and I honestly felt so cared for as a customer. To top it all off, the bag is absolutely fabulous and even nicer than I expected. I cannot wait to place my next order and I honestly cannot recommend the brand enough.
Never received my order, stated it was being shipped with Canada post, when i tried to track the tracking number i was provided with, it said invalid tracking number. Still haven’t received my $50 bag.
I received this order, and it is perfect! However, I have tried several times to reach out regarding a missing order. My order was marked as delivered, but I never got the item. This was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and she is quite disappointed. Could you please send a replacement bag?
It has been three weeks with no updates. The support team was unhelpful. A shipping label was generated on 12/12, and now it's 12/19 with no sign of USPS receiving the package. This service is disappointing, especially during the holiday season when timely delivery is crucial. They should reconsider their ability to fulfill orders. Save your time and avoid purchasing from them.
I’m facing the same issue as others have mentioned - my item hasn’t been shipped, and it’s been three weeks since I placed my order. I reached out through multiple channels before finally receiving a response indicating they are addressing the situation, but since then, I've heard nothing. I get that things can get busy, but as a retailer, especially during the holiday season, it’s crucial to stop taking orders if you’re unable to fulfill them. Otherwise, you risk disappointing your customers. I hope to hear from the support team soon regarding a resolution, as I will have to advise my friends and family against making purchases here.
This service has no customer support! I placed an order on 11/29, and by 12/13, I had received no communication from them. I reached out via email twice, submitted an inquiry on their website, and sent a direct message on social media, but got no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card provider. Be cautious with this service; they take your money without delivering!
