Once the Velcro comes away from the back of the mop it cannot be replaced and it is practically impossible to use. I thought it would be simple to purchase a replacement, but after waiting for weeks for a promise new mop (I didn’t ask for this, I just wanted the company to send me a replacement Velcro strip) I’ve given up and will go back to the tried and tested mop and bucket.Also, Customer Service is appalling.
Very poor quality. I would highly recommend you save your money as the company does NOT give refunds . They take your money for ‘ not fit for purpose’ goods . The poles are extremely flimsy the bottom part ie Mop constantly detaches from the pole and you struggle to attach the pole !!!!! The bucket is very lightweight . I tried to return mine and obtain a refund after 2 uses and my home in predominantly carpet ! The pole completely bent in on itself so I am unable to attach the Mop!!!!!! Within a week I contacted Moppro . I am still awaiting a replacement pole so I can at least use the thing !!!!
After reading the reviews I decided to try it. The mop was delivered with no problem but I was extremely unimpressed when I opened it. It’s a great idea it’s just horrendous quality and not fit for purpose. When I emailed to arrange a return I was told I can only return if it’s not been used. When I replied to say it hadn’t and to arrange the return I heard nothing. Three emails later I am still yet to hear back. So for me that’s £30 wasted on something that’s sitting in the box which is a complete waste of time. Just be aware if you do buy this you can’t return it!
