Darius responded immediately to my questions about the font and design of the bench I was ordering for my friend that just lost her husband. He was efficient and creative with the design. As with other sites I explored, there were no additional costs for the preview. He sent a preview very quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. It arrived within a week and now my friend has a beautiful bench for her garden.
