I have engaged with this service three times now. The first surveyor was exceptionally dedicated, arriving during a flood situation and even trying to manage it manually! He provided a detailed report and had a long, reassuring conversation with my husband and me. Although I was initially disappointed to be assigned a different surveyor on another occasion, he was also very thorough, and the third surveyor was equally meticulous in his reporting and communication. The efficiency and clarity of all interactions were impressive, even during evenings and weekends. If every experience were as seamless as this, the world would certainly be a better place, and the real estate process would feel much less daunting!
