I ordered the B12 liquid. As I see from these reviews, they did the same to me. Sent another shipment 2 weeks later and billed me when I had ordered a 3 months supply to trial. Then when I expressed dissatisfaction with their product within the 30 day window, they ignored me. So I’m billed twice for a product that did not fit my needs within a month. I contacted multiple times, no response. Then 1 month later they sent and billed yet another 3 months supply. They have refunded the last shipment but no communication to return preview over shipment. I wanted to go to the BBB but they are not listed as a business…. That’s a big red flag right? Buyer beware!!!
It happens me too. They added me to a subscription without my consent. I didnt sign up for any repeat orders. I contacted them but they don’t respond to customer service emails or messages on their website. I blocked all pymts with my bank. Stay away from them. Cant be trusted and ignore customers. Disgraceful.
I was signed up for subscription without my consent and have received no response to my cancellation request. This is unacceptable. Cancel immediately, stop billing me. I can see from the reviews that i am not the only one. This company is a hoax and they are criminal.
A total scam company. They added me to a subscription without my consent. Stay well away from them. There is no one to contact they don’t respond to customer service emails or messages on their website and they make it next to impossible to remove your details from their subscription. You really can not trust them.
My order never arrived. I went to the website to track my order and try to send a message, but the only option in that menu is to re-order. I have sent two messages via their contact page: nothing. Not even so much as an automated response. This company is either a total sham or absolutely devoid of customer service.
