I wanted to try their product and was put on a monthly subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I have emailed the to no avail. Now I have to report them from my credit card company as fraud. Stay away from this company.

Morvyn has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took forever to get my 1st bottle...then got 2nd right after...I told them to stop the subscription and wanted to return both....they play stupid like they don't understand and keep sending stupid messages about looking into it! ...DO NOT BUY MORVYN! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE IAM!

Difficulty with cancellation

I also am having difficulty cancelling my orders. I receive emails with an apology and a confirmation of cancellation however i still receive products. I have requested a return address numerous times to return the products, to no avail.

don't buy from them

This scam company doesn't respond to emails or requests to stop charging and like everyone else here said I also did not want the subscription in the first place.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. They never made it clear I was signing up for a subscription, I just wanted to try the product. Months later after they’ve claimed they canceled my subscription, (which they make impossible on the website, I had to email customer service) I’m still getting charged and sent a product I don’t want and now do not trust. People who act like this can’t possibly be giving me good quality vitamins. I’m going to call my credit card and tell them to block this subscription”.

I will always unsubscribe when companies add you to theirs

As with others' experiences, I was put on an automatic subscription after only ordering 1 bottle to try it out. I was out of the country and they ignored my request to delay shipment. I found these reviews on Trust Pilot, went back to the Morvyn site and just found a way to cancel my subscription under "Manage My Subscriptions." This may be a new link. I am waiting for confirmation it has been cancelled.

These vitamin drops are amazing

These vitamin drops are amazing. I genuinely feel an incredible difference. I’m sleeping better than I ever have and have been experiencing less heart palpitations.I was sceptical at first about spending money from overseas products that work out expensive for me in Australian dollars but they’re worth it and I’m ordering again.
