Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a motorcycle helmet on 02/02/2026 and was initially told it would be shipped on 16/02/2026. The shipping date was then repeatedly postponed to 18/02, then 20/02, and later promised for 27/02. After multiple requests and follow-ups, the order was finally shipped on 28/02.

The repeated delays and lack of clear communication caused significant inconvenience. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of goodwill or compensation despite my requests and my loyalty as a returning customer.

I have previously had good experiences with Motocard, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, customer service was not helpful and did not take responsibility for the delays.

I hope the company improves its logistics and customer support in the future.

Fair price and a good delivery but.... missing dark visor from the box. The support instructions are to send everything back an they will send another one. Why they just sent the missing visor idk, but I have to send pack and wait 4 more weeks. Not the best first experience i guess

Well...this is a 4 or 5-th time I order from your page...all went good and well exept shipment...It takes 10 days from China to Croatia...and then it takes 7 days from Spain to Croatia...EU countries...it is sad I can not understand it...it is a paid ! not free shipment...and it takes seven days ! Too much time for deliver...In 7 days one can come by himself , take the item and go back home...sadly but that s how it is...you can learn from China a lot...hope you do

Ordered 03/02 and web site says it was dispached on 10/02. However 4 days later the carrier (DPD) say on this site that they have received order details but have not received the parcel yet.

Luggage is needed very shortly for a trip I'm going on and if ban & pannier rack are not received shortly I will have to refuse deliver from Motocard if it ever turns up and will have to buy elsewhere. I had hoped to buy Givi panniers from Motocard as well, this initial order was a test but am likely to look elsewhere now. I have tried to contact customer services but all I get is a chatbot telling me the same thing over and over again "order not yet despatched", terrible service and even worse customer services.

Order of a helmet received with worn box,the helmet was 2+ years old,while on the web page was not mentioned that was a stock item.Options provided(refund or return of the item),meant that I had to search for a new helmet and wait another 2 weeks,same for the refund.And I am not located in Spain.International shipment should be more careful.

Ive used Motocard for about 10 years and in the early days they were really good woth some good deal

Ive used Motocard for about 10 years and in the early days they were really good woth some good deals, however over the past 6 months I've tried to use them 3 times and each time there has been problems, really long delays (over a month at a time) for deliveries, defective goods found on receipt and them not giving a damn about it. Their communications have really really declined, they are rude and arrogant, and will promise to get back to you but they never do. I think since the UK left the EU they cant be arsed with us, and treat us like crap - for the bit of money you would save, its just not worth it, put the extra bit of money into a decent UK company that will value your custom and send you your goods within a day or two. Im really disappointed how awful MOTOCARD have become.

Really poor experience with Motocard this time round which is a shame as previous experience had been really good.
This time round I bought a helmet and Motocard chose not to send me it, but made the experience really poor with awful and confusing communication. Put simply, it is clear that a decision was made to not honour the price that was on the website as I eventually received an email telling me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled “due to an unexpected operational issue” but the same helmet remains for sale on the website at a much higher price now.

Cancellation Issues and Delayed Refund

I canceled my order just minutes after placing it because the gloves were ladies' large, not men's large. Despite this, I was still charged and received the item. Now, I've returned it, and after 9 days, I'm still waiting for my refund.

Unacceptable Delay in Refund Process

Refunds should not take more than four weeks without proper communication. My refund has been significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe, and the support team has not provided a clear response. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
