Customer service replied soon enough, after I called their number to request a refund. But I was told to complete the Trustpilot survey, and I would then receive an email with instructions on how to proceed to return the items and get a refund, but they never sent a follow up email , instead asked if I wanted a 25 % refund and keep the items. Also, this company fraudulently billed me for monthly subscriptions of $82. !!! I contacted my credit card company and disputed all this.
It was easy to order but too many add on's. If all of it works out the way you and previous customers say ill be mad at myself for not adding another one... But 2025 taught me a few lessons the hard way. So ill be kicking myself for not adding 1or2 more. Thank you for your time Julie Vanderver
