M&R installed my current boiler almost 13 years ago and have serviced it each year ever since. They also took over the servicing of my aged gas fire at the same time. I have never had an issue with either. I have just had my gas fire replaced mainly for a new look (the old one was over 30 years old). Jack was assigned to the task. He was extremely efficient, respectful and very patient, explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new fire. The girls in the office, Chantelle and Kerry, are first class, they look after you in a very efficient and friendly manner keeping you informed at all times, also with respect and patience.
