I ordered with Mr Nutcase on two occasions; on the second purchase I was ordering two different iphone covers from my own photographs, somewhere in the process, the site, or my own cache made it difficult to upload/order two different designs, in the end 2 of the same cover was delivered, but the customer care was swift and sorted the issue really quickly delivering high quality products.
Bought a case for my Samsung A5- the only company I found who did a photo montage for this particular phone.
The ordering and creation of the case was simple (much easier than sites I have used previously) and I received a good quality case less than 48 hrs after ordering. Photo reproduction is great and it somewhere between matt and gloss. Very pleased.
Only criticism is I emailed almost immediatly after placing order to ask if I could make a change to the case. I received an email asking what I wanted to change and replied saying I wanted to change 2 photos. I did not get a response to this and the next email was confirming delivery. Not a big deal but would have preferred to make the change and having gone to the trouble of responding initially I was surprised.
would definitely recommend Mr Nutcase though and will use again next time I change my phone.
Really quick and easy to customise your case and it doesn't ruin the quality at all when you zoom in on images unlike other custom case companies. Pleasant staff and customer service, quick transaction and speedy delivery. I'd buy from them again 5*****
The website itself was very easy to use (this is coming from someone who has never ordered a phone case online before!) and I thought the preview option was brilliant and exactly how it looked when I received the phone case. Delivery was very quick and the packaging protected the case so that it showed up pristine and with the exact photo I wanted on it. This was a gift for my friend and she is delighted with it :)
