I had a very disappointing experience with Nutcase. I ordered customized poker chips and a Ludo table from them. When the package arrived, the Ludo table was already broken, and the poker chips were of extremely poor quality.
The chips looked great in the photos on their website, but in reality the quality is very bad. The printing on the chips is also very poor and is already starting to come off.
I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the package. They asked me to send an email regarding the issue, which I did right away, but I never received any response.
The after-sales service is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the product quality and customer support are both very poor.

I got a MacBoor air cover for my partner. Ordered on 1st December, I received the parcel on 15th December for an international delivery. Just in time for our Christmas abroad. The cover is very sturdy, the top cover with the picture is on the dark side compared to the preview, even when the laptop is on, while the bottom is clear plastic. I would definitely use Mr Nutcase again. I would give 5 stars if only they would provide a track number for your order, as it was quite hard to get the line over the phone and my first email got no answer at all and was quite a stressful situation.
I ordered a case around a month ago and when it arrived it was the wrong one, I have since contacted the company and they said they had passed it onto the production manager. This was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing since and I am stuck with another person's laptop case which I am sure they are asking after as well!Very disappointed as I had read such great reviews about this website.
Undelivered ProductI ordered my case on the 12th August and on the 29th i have still not be notified that it has been shipped. I have tried calling the number on the email and checking against the website and it says "sorry but this persons phone is currently switched off". I am very disappointed with the service given to me as i have ordered cases before that have come through in good time but due to this experience i will not be using this service again. Very Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed with my experience with your website. I decided to purchase a christmas gift - an Ipad mini 2 case - on your website because I saw that it had good references. However, my order with number 101298 which I placed on 09/12 has still not arrived! It is unacceptable that you took my payment but I never received what I ordered! You ruined a surprise which I had planned for christmas. I mean a few days long delay would be acceptable but it is already the 2nd of January and my order never arrived and there is no way that I am able to trace it!I want to receive my payment back or finally receive my order!You have a terrible customer service and I will not recommend your website.
