I experienced sudden hearing loss in one ear, caused by wax (as confirmed by my GP), and after messaging Leza on Monday, she gave me an appointment that same evening. Both ears were microsuctioned with additional irrigation in the affected side , and the improvement was instant.
Leza was exceptional; highly professional, warm, and reassuring. She explained every step clearly and prepared me for the sounds and sensations of the equipment. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever have wax issues again. Thank you Leza :)

Leza is the most professional person I have ever met. I have been having problems with ear wax for years been to my GP and other private clinics. Leza is the best health professional I have ever attended. She explained everything in detail before she did anything during my appointment. She gave me tailor made advice to my problem. She also checked in with me a few days later as well. Brillant Service! A few days after my treatment, I ended up having some unexpected earache. It was a bank holiday weekend and she asked if I could pop over and see her. She checked my ears, found the issue, gave me advice and reassurance. She did not charge me. Saw Leza last Monday evening & what a wonderful Lady she is. Explained everything & I was fascinated as she showed me the inside of my ears before & after!! Couldn't believe how much wax was in my right ear. The procedure itself only took minutes & problem immediately fixed. My Husband is now going to make an appointment. I would most definitely recommend Leza she is highly skilled & very professional. She even messaged me to see how my ears were which was a lovely touch. I had a ear wax issue for a few months. I had tried olive oil and the oil with bicarbonate of soda in it. I had also previously been to get it removed from the nurse who said it won't move come back un 2 weeks. As I could only hear muffled sounds from my left ear I was recommended to yous munro hearing solutions. I made an appointment. Very professional lady. My hearing suddenly seemed a bit muffled after a cold/covid but it had been a bit dulled anyway so a Friend recommended Munro Hearing Solutions. Okay I thought worth a try I'm nearly 70 so My hearing is probably what it should be, Wrong!!!!! My God what a transformation, My hearing is now brilliant. So very impressed with the service provided by Leza. I've been experiencing major hearing loss since just before Christmas due to blocked ears. Texted Leza Saturday morning, was lucky enough to be offered a home visit (due disability on my part) that afternoon. From the minute she arrived I knew that I was in safe hands. She explained every part of the procedure beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect, and her demeanour throughout was extremely professional yet friendly. It took over an hour to clear my ears due to the massive amount of wax that needed to be removed, and by the time she was finished it was obvious that my ears have been blocked for far longer than a few weeks. The improvement in my hearing was not only immediate but remarkable, I had no idea just how much my hearing had deteriorated even before the recent blockage.
