This seems to have been evaluated by an AI as the wording and fair comps were not accurate, the materials were not mentioned or compared appropriately and has been a waste of 49. I have had it evaluated by a true accurate artist and received a more accurate description, comps and pricing evaluation.It took longer than stated and I was disappointed.
