Signing up for subscription was torturous. Even with a sub, I was required two days ago to pay again. There's no customer service. The listings when you get to them for auction results is generally good. But the counterintuitive interface is like 1997. Other than that....
MutualArt made selling my pieces very easy. They have been responsive and provided all the necessary information to move the sale forward. I was not optimistic about how this would go, so I am more than pleased at the process so far!
