Review Time
Have just tried to purchase some concert earplugs (very small package). Muziker offered a slightly better price than other suppliers but then tried to charge £25 for delivery, significantly more than the cost of the earplugs. Crazy! Walked away!
Website didn’t update cart to the two items - order went through listing two items, one of the ‘items’ turned out to be the shipping fee (rather than logically listing shipping as an additional charge at the bottom of the order) so I only got one instead of two of what I was ordering but paid full shipping etc. Granted I should have checked the invoice more thoroughly but regardless the order had already been placed by that point. Now I’ll have to pay shipping again if want to get the second item. It is clear that other customers have had the same experience and have complained about the same this as little as one month ago yet when I spoke to customer services they just wanted to tell me what I could have done before receiving the parcel which is absolutely no help and does not satisfy as a resolution.
These clowns left a £2,500 guitar on my drive, visible from the road, in the pouring rain, while I was on holiday despite being told that I was away and saying that they would tell the courier to rearrange delivery date. Unbelievable.

I guess you tried to be funny, but really this joke is inappropriate...Edit:They contacted me and now working on getting the parcel to be re-delivered. Fingers crossed.
I ordered 2 x panniers for my motorbike. I was a bit unsure due to fear of import tax and negative reviews regarding packaging. I needn’t worry! They arrived fairly promptly, perfectly packaged and no import fees. I would definitely recommend Muziker and would use them again. Thank you.
