The mark of a good company is how well they handle problems. I bought a very expensive 2nd hand trolley. It had a fault, but Muziker claims and customer service was brilliant. Took it back full refund and now have another in its place.Very impressed.
I bought a small hanging hook for my guitar, cost was £2.19. Shipping the item was £24.90. !! When I realised the cost from the invoice, I immediately cancelled the order. Muziker refused to refund my order, indeed they said to refuse delivery when it arrived, so I could get my refund (£2.19) but the shipping would still be charged. This company is a complete rip off, and has appalling service.
My order was dispatched speedily and I was kept informed at every stage. A very efficient and satisfactory service. The website gave a very clear description of the article. I would definitely use this company again.

It my second purchase with muziker this year 2024 on both account there was never an issue with my place orders the procedure has been without hiccup the package arrival has been fluent and the items orders well package for the journey from Slovenia to the UK Big up to Muziker they have a great crews fronting a great company i can see these guys being around for a long long time cause they know how to roll it out
