My review would be minus 5. Yes they refunded the cost of the goods, HOWEVER since they broke our sales contract by sending POLYESTER rather than the advertised CASHMERE sweater I expect the shipping and shipping protection to be returned also AND a prepaid return label. This is not happening. If anyone is tempted to buy any nice item at a great discount Please google "patchwork Cashmere jumper" if the company you are potentially buying from shows this item, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING they operate under many different names and they are potentially ALL RUBBISH.
Bought a jacket at 66£ from Artisio 27 nov 24 received it on thev11 dec jacket was sized far too small as they agreed the sizing was diffent from UK sizes asked to return it for refund they said no I’ve sent numberous e mails to them to see what will they do about it I got 3 options that’s all I heard scammers don’t buy from this company
Don’t be fooled by the British website Chinese manufacturers and wait forever to receive - for the price that is 1000 times profits as the are made and packaged in china - If fast fashion is your thing save yourself the money and go for the obvious Chinese websites - at least there you know what you dealing with ..
sent email immediately requesting a return, items look cheap, doesn't appear the same online quality, took weeks before someone finally responded, asked me to upload a video of the items I'm wanting to return, so I did, I get a response a week later telling me that all sale items are final, no where on the website did it say that, and whats more insulting wasting my time to have me upload the video of the items to get back to me 1 week later to say I can't return the items. I am out of $156 I will never purchase from this website every again, buyers be aware, cloths online look better than what you actually receive, very very cheap, teachable moment going forward I will google these off brand websites, I've read reviews after the fact wish I would have google the website to see the reviews prior, again teachable moment
I saw an ad during black Friday saying that a jacket was from 329$ down to 99$ and fell for it. My wife ended up buying it for me. It took a long time for then to provide a tracking number and it raised some suspicious. We went on internet and saw a lot of bad reviews and immediately thought "oh crap, we got scammed". We tried to cancel it but couldn't, even tried to contact my bank but was unsuccessful. After a few week we received a tracking number, but my expectations was pretty low regarding the quality of their product. Surprisingly, after probably 5 weeks we got the package. The quality and fit is great, the color is accurate with the picture and the jacket is very well made. Of course I would never pay 329$ for that, but it's worth it the 99$ bucks we paid. I guess that's the strategy behing the whole thing: overprice it and offer a huge 70% discount. I'm not sure if I was just lucky for getting exactly what I ordered. To summarize: Besides the fact that it took too long to get delivered, I'm well satisfied with the product! Thats why I think they only deserve a 4 stars on this review. Hope this helps! I ordered the Ravelyn cashmere, color block sweater. It took a month to receive. Instead of a luxurious cashmere loose fit sweater, it was a tight fitting acrylic non sweater material and the colors were completely different than pictured. There was no blue but green instead. Rust in the photo was bright orange and brown was yellow. Very disappointing, will not order from them again. I wish I had read reviews first. No more ordering from China, their stuff is crap.
Their products are garbage. Don’t expect to receive the item shown in the photos. I paid $70 for a jacket, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality product that looked like something you’d find on AliExpress for $10. I had to exchange 4-6 emails and even send photos just to arrange a return, yet I still had to cover the return shipping costs myself. This is a total scam site. Beware!!! Be cautious!!!
