Review Time
I placed an order for a necklace with a promotion for two free items almost a month ago, and I still haven't received any confirmation, tracking details, or updates. It truly feels like I've been scammed! A few weeks back, I received an email mentioning shipping delays and offering a 15% discount on my next purchase, but why would I order again when I haven't received my initial order? Next time, I might just shop elsewhere, as I've found similar items available, ensuring I would actually receive them!

About two weeks I got a email about shippment been backed up and a 15% discount on my next order but why wouldn’t I order again if I haven’t received my first order?Next time I will just order from SHEIN because I think I see the necklace on there and they may not be ready but at least I know I would have received it!!
I bought the message bottle earlier this year and now taking out for Christmas and actually reading and looking at them. After reading some of these…. I just want to share how much my son will love and need these (he’s 16). I’m going to tell him to take one everyday and when feeling a certain way- then grab another one, the color you need. Exceeded my expectations!! Quick note… My son is an athletic and popular child in his high school but inside struggles with his own demons. These messages will go farther than we will ever know.
Placed my order, once i received it there had been an error. I contacted them and spoke with Katie, it was sorted and resent immediately!! She was so very lovely and I have since re ordered from there!! I would definitely use again!! I'm from UK so it took a few days for arrival please but it's to expected!!
I ordered the cross pendant for men. The pendant is ridiculously big. I am not sure I have ever seen a man wear a pendant that large. I tried to be polite & get a refund with a nice attitude but they claim they do not give refunds for that item. I have every single email & order form, of which none state that it was a promotional & non refundable item. Had this site not been so proud of their "100% customer satisfaction" I would have choked it up to my own stupidity. But advertising as 'born again'/Christian jewelry & 100% satisfaction guarantee logo, I was very disappointed. I would have even settled for store credit but nope! They just sent 'condolences'! I do not respect false advertising, while also advertising to be a christian company.
If I could give 0 stars I would.Their products are poor quality, will change colour and rust right away. The customer service is terrible and you're left to do charge back as they refuse to refund. Items cheap and nasty. Further to my review I want all customers to see this company for what it is. We offered to send you a replacement countless times, and even offered to ship the necklace directly to your friend who you bought this as a gift for. Interesting to note that you bought 2 gold necklaces — why didn't you gift the one that didn't have discoloration? We have tried our best to help you, despite receiving threatening messages from you. However, given that you have falsely accused our company of being a scam and have spammed our Instagram page with hateful comments, we will no longer be moving forward with a replacement or refund. We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior, and quite frankly, it's not our fault that you did not read the terms and conditions and our return policy prior to checking out. Go ahead and file the chargeback, and we will be refuting the chargeback with evidence of our shipping and return policy, which you adhered to at checkout, as well as all the emails documented of us trying to help sort out a replacement for you. Given your abusive, angry behavior, we will no longer be engaging in further discourse with you. After reviewing your profile on Trustpilot and seeing the flood of angry, negative reviews you leave other businesses, it's clear that you've made it your full-time job to take your personal frustrations and lash out at businesses who are just trying to help you. Scammers. Have not received my crosses, paid for beginning of month. Have been sending me weird emails saying im lying and messages on Facebook. Harrasment. This is not a Christian company, so many people have not recieved there crosses. I find customer service scary. As member of the public we're allowed to give negative reviews without the company sending rude weird email replies .
