Repeated magnet failures across multiple products and replacements

I learned of this brand through a colleague who discovered it via social media advertising.I ordered a ring and the magnets fell out. A replacement was sent, and the magnets fell out again. When I requested a refund, a third ring was sent instead, which I declined. A refund was eventually issued.Separately, I ordered two pairs of earrings. The magnets on my pair also fell out. I requested and received a refund. One pair had already been given as a gift.Across multiple products and replacements, the same failure occurred, which suggests a recurring design or manufacturing defect rather than an isolated issue. Given how heavily this brand appears to rely on social marketing and peer recommendation, I’m sharing this experience for transparency so others can make an informed decision.Update: I later discovered this company appears to operate under multiple brand names, including MyCalmi and Serenity Ring. Sharing this for transparency for anyone researching the brand.

Rusted magnet after 7 months

I bought this ring in May 2025 and it's been great. But now its rusted, across one of the magnets. It's only been 7 months and its already rusted! For £37 this is outrageous.

Simple and beautiful

I have been wearing the calmi ring for a couple of months and love how it makes me feel. I can notice a difference in my energy levels when I am not wearing it. It is a beautiful and simple piece of jewlery that I have in 2 different colors and get many of compliments on.

Awesome product

I love my ring. It was delivered fairly fast and I can’t take it off. It helps me with night sweats, reducing them by at least 80-90% and also helps me grounded and calm most of the time. I have a lot of faith in the ring while going through pre-menopause and I have recommended to close friends

Would avoid - customer service response is non-existent

Beautiful Pendant

I ordered the Calmi Pendant for myself and am so happy with it. It is an elegant necklace that you can wear every day. It looks good and also has the benefit of magnets on the back of circle.
