Ring is of a poor quality so contacted them to instantly return the item. They replied with an address to return in China which the post office said would cost £16 to return! I have contacted calmi 4 more times for an alternative return/refund option and they are not responding to any of my communication. Do not recommend.

Poor customer service. Received ring but doesn't fit as partner has really small fingers. Contacted via email on 16th June but no reply then again in 26th June still no reply. Soon it will be part the 14 day refund policy so no doubt they will not refund. Part of me knew it would be a scam and I told the other half this at the time but she really wanted to try it. Waste of time and money.
