Calmi ring

Bought Calmi ring. Does not work or at least it did not work for me. Reached out to company for a refund and they want you to ship the ring back to China although their address on the website says they are based out if Arizona AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA!! Calmi, 3409 N 7th Ave, Ste 2112, Phoenix, AZ 85013 USA. Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy it!!

Was told it’s all fake

My boyfriend got me the Calminring for my birthday. It took forever to ship and he didn’t know why. When he went in to his order to track it it showed it was shipping from CHINA and not ARIZONA like it said it was in the Calmi website! The website states it’s made in Arizona! If it’s made in Arizona then why is it coming from China?! He was very frustrated and apologized to me and said it’s a bs ring and fake. I’m very into calming items and holistic ways. This was heartbreaking to hear after I had read about it on their site.

Poor quality, poor customer services

The magnets started falling off less than a week after I started wearing it. Customer service will not respond to my repeated outreach regarding a replacement, so I believe I'm out of luck.

Waste of money, DOES NOT WORK

Waste of money. Do not buy one of these. Does NOTHING for ANYTHING. Felt NO different. Anxiety did not improve, did not sleep better, did not lose any weight, either! Wore the ring for one month before a magnet fell out. Total joke! Only thing that did happen is I’m out the money it cost and cannot return except for store credit (like I’m going to fall for buying anything else from them 🙄) So disappointed 😔

Do not use this company.

Do not use this company.Ring went rusty and magnets fell out after two weeks. Contacted the company servers times with several different email addresses and not one response. Complete waste of money!

Good if you get it!

If you get it great, but if it gets delivered to the wrong place, or something goes wrong, good luck. They used an off brand delivery service and the package was delivered to the wrong house. Delivery picture to prove it. No response from Calmi.

Magnets fell out and no replacement or refund

I order a set of two rings. Received them and immediately started wearing one. Within a few weeks the magnets started falling out. After two had fallen out, I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened. They immediately responded and asked for pictures verifying my claim. I provided them to which they quickly replied that they would send me a replacement and provide the tracking number once it shipped. It has been 3 weeks since that last correspondence. No tracking number, no replacement. I have emailed twice asking for the tracking number with no response.

Color change

I’ve received the ring fine, but within 2 weeks the rose gold ring changed color. Tried to contact my calmi but got ignored. Don’t waste your money.
