Bought Calmi ring. Does not work or at least it did not work for me. Reached out to company for a refund and they want you to ship the ring back to China although their address on the website says they are based out if Arizona AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA!! My boyfriend got me the Calminring for my birthday. It took forever to ship and he didn’t know why. When he went in to his order to track it it showed it was shipping from CHINA and not ARIZONA like it said it was in the Calmi website! The website states it’s made in Arizona! If it’s made in Arizona then why is it coming from China?! He was very frustrated and apologized to me and said it’s a bs ring and fake. I’m very into calming items and holistic ways. This was heartbreaking to hear after I had read about it on their site.
Waste of money. Do not buy one of these. Does NOTHING for ANYTHING. Felt NO different. Anxiety did not improve, did not sleep better, did not lose any weight, either! Wore the ring for one month before a magnet fell out. Total joke! Only thing that did happen is I’m out the money it cost and cannot return except for store credit (like I’m going to fall for buying anything else from them 🙄) So disappointed 😔
I order a set of two rings. Received them and immediately started wearing one. Within a few weeks the magnets started falling out. After two had fallen out, I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened. They immediately responded and asked for pictures verifying my claim. I provided them to which they quickly replied that they would send me a replacement and provide the tracking number once it shipped. It has been 3 weeks since that last correspondence. No tracking number, no replacement. I have emailed twice asking for the tracking number with no response.
