MyChart is not user friendly at all

MyChart is not user friendly at all. Why can’t I see all test results from the same test date all in one place, instead of clicking on each individual result? VERY frustrating app.

Useless

Video calls with mychart never work . I am fed up with this app and what guys and St Thomas used before was far better . Days before the appointment they bombard you with reminders of what to do and then on the real date and time you end up watching a screen that does not say anything until it tells you that you have been removed from the meeting

MYCHART - HORRIBLE SYSTEM

Very bad system, and a VERY bad vendor. When notified their "security code" emails were not arriving (which of course blocks us from accessing our medical information), the MyChart people blamed us, and blamed our internet vendor - without even checking if their system had sent the emails. The MyChart people said however, that they know their emails are for some "unknown" reason - getting blocked from many patients who use Cablevision for internet., so obviously it is not a user-level problem. Yet they refused to, or were unable to check if THEIR system was even sending out the necessary security code emails - choosing instead to blame the user/patient. When we said they need to check that (i.e. talk to Cablevision and find out why the Cablevision/Optonline internet system appears to be blocking the MyChart security code emails system-wide), they said "that would require a supervisor's approval". It was clear the MyChart people had no intention whatsoever of trying to resolve the problem. They said "Just use your phone instead." What is this, some kind of farce ? A truly third-rate system, and if there is a worse opinion we could give for their HelpDesk, we would.

website bug issue

The worst. OLD outdated pharmacies listed next to script even through the list of pharmacies is correct. As a patient there is no way to edit or remove. Terrible. So when I request a renewal I have to include a long written explanation which pharmacy to use and NOT use. POOR website....mistakes and delays with prescriptions can happen. Waste of time too.

I fail to see the point

I fail to see the point! When I tried to share it with my daughter it wouldn't let me. I wanted to share it with my GP in order to get some explanations in plain English. Couldn't do that either. It would be more sensible if we had some joined up thinking in the NHS!
