Constant request for the same information in the end I blocked and reported them to Microsoft as nuisance emails sure the whole thing is a scam. Went on for months and months.And I am getting their messages again goodness knows how 16/03/2026
***UPDATE***SO I FINALLY GOT A REPLY!!! THIS IS IT:"We don't have a specific date for the claim to be finalised because only the court has the power to set that. So far, the court has only scheduled two trials, one for October this year 2025 and one for October next year 2026"SO I IMAGINE A WHOLE LOAD OF US WILL BE DEAD BY THE TIME ANY CLAIMS ARE PAID OUT...IF EVER!!!I'M NO EXPERT, BUT I'M GOING TO GUESS SETTLEMENTS AROUND 2030!!!MORONIC CON ARTIST WHO NEVER EVER REPLY TO LEGITIMATE EMAILS. SCAMMERS.I'VE BEEN WAITING YEARS FOR A DIESEL CLAIM.YOU DIRTY CON ARTISTS.
As its been over 2 years now since I've put in for my claim, and no progress have been made, im now beginning to wonder how legit this company may or not be?? Have they received my claim and pocketed the money? It does make me wonder?
Complete waste of time.. gave them all the information requested and 3 years later they need more or the defendants will deny my claim. I'm worried if I cancel my claim then mydiesel.com will try to claim court fees off me as it seems everyone who has dealt with them is being scammed or harrasesd by them. Steer clear..
Been about 4 years for us maybe more.never wasted my time contacting them by the sounds of things no point.apparently so I've read is the court case is October 2025.you no this company is poor as no balls to comment back to anyone.very very bad service and yeh I agree run off with all our money having a fine life.how are we letting them get away with it.surely we should all stick together and do something about these robbing thugs.Should be called MYBULLS**T CLAIM.
