Avoid this company at all costs, they’ve been dealing with my claim for over two years. Then confirm it’s gone to court & I should be getting a pay out, to then receive an email stating my claim has been closed because my car wasn’t a diesel when it clearly was & they have all the documentation to prove it. They won’t answer my numerous emails & phone calls I have sent. Then send a letter dated July but didn’t receive until December stating case closed as not a diesel car. Clearly stolen my money
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡So now, 18 months after asking them to delete my details, I am now getting 5 to 6 calls a day from offshoots. When I ask where they got my details, despite apparently different companies contacting me, it is always their back office team 🤣No matter, Pogust Goodhead are SRA regulated, my advice - Log a formal complaint, escalate to The Legal Ombudsman, report to the SRA. Then submit a subject access request. The last “specialist” I spoke to after 10 minutes accused me of wasting her time 🤣😂😅🥹Bring it on.
AWFUL is a nice word to describe this company. Everything is automated responses that repeatedly get sent to you. Even if you have followed their instructions. They keep chasing you and by which point it's now been 2 years passed and still to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
I have not even contacted this company yet they keep on pestering me on my mobile number. I have blocked 5 different phone numbers to date but still they continue to phone. I am entirely pi**ed off with cold callers they should be banned
Not received any items I ordered even though it says I have and it also shows a tracker that confirms it was delivered..so why have I not got my items which was 3 large shelving units..the times they give for delivery are also between times our shop is open.,7-10..15 hours a day..something not right here
They kept sending me emails, then one saying they would take 50% of claim , when it was originally 35%, which started making me think it was a scam. I had already filled some of the survey out, checked on trust pilot and changed my mind , but the survey wouldn't let me delete the info I had already put in, I kept trying to delete and then it just came up with submitted, so I didn't agree to it, should this have happened? Years and years of emails from them, harassing me for information etc etc *yawn*. When I told them to remove my details, they send a HUGE (not exaggerating) email and at the end they threatened that they will send me the fees I "owe" for the legal fees BLAH BLAH BLAH. Utter b**locks. I do not owe them anything and I warned them never to threaten me again. They've done bugger all except harass me and obviously thousands of others too. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMING COMPANY - BAG OF SH**. I have reported and blocked their email address and their complaints email address.
