Review Time
It takes more time than I expect for the product to get to me. I order it over a week ago and have not received the product yet. I haven't seen any major results at this time. This is my second order. I will write another review later.
I appreciate that you list the sources that are used to make your supplements. It's important to me that you use only natural ingredients. It's easy to place an order, and I received my order in a timely fashion. Please be careful about pricing, many of us are on a fixed income!
As far as I'm able to evaluate, their products are great! But when I recently set up a new subscription, with 4 products, Emails to confirm the subscription setup and the first order on the subscription were prompt and encouraging. Later I got an emails providing tracking numbers for each item, and all the tracking numbers were the same. First product arrived from TX with that tracking number; a few days later 2nd product arrived from GA with different tracking number. Days pass and I contacted customer service to ask where the other products were. Got very prompt and supportive response that remaining items would be shipped pronto, which they were, arriving from CO and NY. You don't normally wonder where all the products on your order are being shipped from, but it appears Mygotostack is shipping directly from manufacturing sites for each of it's products, which gives the customer a good feeling products are fresh and actually made in the USA, vs. just being packaged in a container with foreign derived and processed ingredients to say something was done in the USA before you got it. So, when you get numerous emails with conflicting or inaccurate tracking numbers, just realize what a challenge tracking orders from multiple facilities to one customer looks like when you have thousands of customers orders being processed simultaneously. I don't envy the folks doing the automated email programming.
I love mygotostack! Such a nice company to deal with and such great products. I use many of their products regularly but my new favorite is Easy Go. As someone who has battled constipation this is a game changer. My stomach has never been so flat and it is just as the name says - EASY go. Thank you Dr. Haider and staff for such great offerings to improve lives. Barb W.
