Ok I only right honest reviews and Rare Beauty is literally my FAVOURITE brand ever.Their Makeup is top-notch and packaging is super aesthetic and pretty.I love all their products and are we not going to talk about their new perfume??It literally smells amazing the best scent ever and I also bought it for my friend and she loves it.The packaging on all their products is also beautiful.
Terrible experience! I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received anything. Whenever I reach out to customer support, they completely ignore my emails or respond with generic messages that have no relevance to my order. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I hope others will take note. Honestly, I love the products, but I will never order again. This company has provided an awful experience.
Will never order from there again. Placed an order on the 7th of August - got an email the next day that the order was shipped. But then nothing happened and the tracking didn’t update - I gave it some time and then contacted them. I ended up having to chase them up 5 times, re-explain the situation each time… all of them kept telling me different things, some said the order was in transit, some said it’s not been shipped.. they would always ask me to give it X more days and then get back in touch. Finally someone escalated it to a manager and they cancelled the order and placed a replacement order which has now finally arrived (a month later). Of course they were also out of stock of something I ordered (the perfume travel set). Could have thrown a full size on in there or anything really, a small discount for the next order - but nope. Terrible customer service all around
The shipping method rare beauty uses takes a very long time. I have international orders being delivered faster than rare beauty orders. On average, it takes 2-3 weeks to have your order delivered. It takes about 4 days for them to process the order, then they ship out the order using DHL. But from the time you receive the tracking information to when the details of the package actually gets updated, takes about 3-4 days. DHL tracking shows awaiting package. Then finally, the updated tracking details are shown but now you're being told that the package is actually being delivered by USPS. So in turn it takes over 2 weeks, closer to 3 weeks to have your order received. I did at occasion have it take almost 4 weeks.
Customer service for rare beauty is non-existent. I placed an order weeks ago, it said it shipped next day, never came. I have emailed them multiple times, no response. I checked tracking and it only actually shipped 2 days ago .. says it'll arrive next week. It was meant to be a birthday gift. So now I've had to buy something else. If you want their stuff get it from Sephora because wow... Ordering from the site, you'll never receive it! No response and no product weeks later.
My 15 year old daughter purchased a blush from them through Sephora a little after Christmas. Past few months it started to leak all around the top of the bottle. I called them and I was advsied about a policy...what 15 year old is going to read a policy! Needless to say...they didn't care.....we will not be purchasing ANY Rare Beauty products ever again!
Very disappointed customer. Ordered products mid November and still waiting on delivery. Tracking status has also not been updated since late November. After several emails to try to find out on latest delivery update I did receive a response. However no additional help on actually chasing up on my order other than recommending I keep checking the tracker update. Would highly recommend to stay away from this company.
