Review Time
First of all my review isn't against Stockport cash generator these people are great and the manager there is so nice I cannot fault her but the first s25 plus I bought has a battery issue which I went back to the store for assistance, they were extremely helpful and exchanged my phone for the same model luckily in slightly better condition.
I got it home logged into my Samsung account and noticed when removing the other phone out of my Samsung account that the phone which was swapped was listed as being a Non UK model which voids all warranty with Samsung they also said that some features will not work in the UK after doing abit more research online the phone is actually registered in Australia I understand that cash generator provide 1 year warranty but some features not being available are really frustrating the fact also that it the 5g bands are slightly different compared to UK version of the s25 plus which I have noticed some drop in performance over 5g compared to my s23 plus
Their products are high quality and it hasn't put me off shopping with them again in future
I knew straight away when the simcard gray had black plastic on the inside compared to the metal and plastic sim trays on a UK model

Spoke to the store who again was excellent asking me to return the device to them for a refund would definitely use them again for any future purchases
Bought 2 bikes from Cash Generator Skelmersdale, Staff are very friendly first of all, Prices of the bikes was very competitive compared to even Facebook marketplace rates however both bikes I bought had drivetrain problems, would appreciate more testing before sale. Their warranty process is super easy and the store manager is super friendly and guided me through the whole process and only waited a week for repairs to be completed, most of the time waiting for parts to arrive.
I mistakenly placed my order, which raised concerns about receiving it before Christmas. The store quickly recognized the issue, contacted me for clarification, and resolved it efficiently. I received the item just in time for wrapping. Outstanding and supportive service!
This was my first and last purchase from this store. I bought a phone and asked about a missing part. The staff member was very rude and displayed unacceptable behavior. After much back and forth, she finally provided an item, claiming it was under warranty, but I found no mention of it on my receipt. The customer service was unhelpful and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this store.

I've also compared prices at nearby competitors, and they consistently offer the best deals, with a straightforward and transparent process. While I will continue to compare, they will always be my preferred choice.
My spouse and I recently visited the store for the first time. We noticed an iPhone in the window and entered. We were warmly greeted by a staff member who assisted us in exploring the phone. Since we had specific feature requirements, another staff member joined us to answer our questions. We agreed on a price and completed the deal. The customer service was outstanding, and we got the phone we wanted. Will we return for future purchases? Absolutely!
