It took weeks to get my bag. The zipper pulls are very small and difficult to manage. The bag is heavy and uncomfortable. The reviews i read prior to purchasing the bag were mostly positive and now there are alot of unhappy customers. I thought i was buying a canadian product. Very disappointed 😞 with that as well. Tiny compartments that do not hold that i need to carry. Very expensive, even with the discount offered.
