I've been a huge fan of this brand and own many pieces, always satisfied. I have the 'Perfect Pullover' in various colors. Their claim of it being a 'pullover for eternity' fell short when mine developed a hole after 2.5 years. I reached out for help, expecting at least a repair offer, but the team stated it wasn't a manufacturing issue and that I was beyond the legal warranty. I expected more from them than just a reminder of the minimum legal standards.
