SCAM!!!Unfortunately I fell victim to instagram advertising and fake reviews and ordered the fort building set for my kids. When I ordered it said it shipped from the US in 8-10 business days. After emailing to check the status of my order, they said there were delays and it would take 2-3 months for my item to arrive. I have emailed customer service several times with no reply. Please steer clear of this company- I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering as I would have never ordered if I’d seen these reviews 🙈
This is a scam. The payment is set up to recur monthly, there is no mention of a subscription on the website or during the check out process. Website says item takes 8-10 weeks to despatch. Tried to cancel order, got a generic email back saying they couldn’t advise when despatch would be due to high demand. Did not acknowledge cancellation instruction. Now have to wait 10 weeks to dispute with bank to get refund. Have stopped the recurring payment via bank.
Placed order for delivery a few business days later. Straightaway there was a reply that demand had been so high that packaging and delivery would be delayed. Since then no updates. I have replaced my credit card because this appears to be a scam site (see other Trustpilot posts) and card company advised to do this. Two weeks since and no way of contacting them.
If there was a zero star i would have chosen that! Bought items early October and now its December still no updates on the postage! Wrote to customer service asking for refund and replied saying they can only do that once the item is returned (which might never happen at this rate!!) SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST!
