SCAM WARNINGThey claim month after month there is delays when you try to reach out to see where the product is! Months later, still no product. They refuse to refund and state that the order is being packed and can return for refund but then still doesn't ever arrive. Customer service team doesn't address the issues and just refuses to refund and tells you to keep waiting for something that never arrives. Please don't order!
Like other comments here, I also ordered the cardboard cutter from Pookino. The product didn't arrive. The tracking info provided led nowhere. The only way to contact them on the website is to provide more personal information, which I will not be doing. Scam website and company.
After reading what everyone has said, looks like I too have been scammed. Absolutely no answers. I blame myself as it’s from a well known scam country. I honestly thought it would be great for kids. I’m again sorry that I have to give one star as it doesn’t deserve a star at all but. 😔
