Ordered items in September. Tracking info arrived but items have never even been shown as collected. Contacted them and it went to a gmail account which immediately set alarm bells. They said there were delays in manufacturing due to a faulty part. I chased twice more then requested a refund and have been told as it’s in transit a refund can’t be processed I would need to refuse delivery and then refund would be issued. I’ve now reported it to my credit card company to try and get my money back
