SCAM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner ordered one of their cardboard cutters for our sons birthday months ago. It was a trusted advertisement on Instagram. After not receiving the item and having no communication from them, he emailed asking for an update. They sent an email saying due to high demand, orders were taking longer than usual to dispatch. Weeks and weeks down the line, still nothing. No response to further emails. Will look to get our money back through the bank as others have reported they will not cancel the order or refund. Such a shame and such awful people to do this.
I’ll admit I was frustrated waiting, but once we finally received it, I understood the hype. My kidsplay with it every single weekend. 5 stars for the toy, 1 star for delivery, but I’ll average it at 5because the joy it brings outweighs the annoyance.
My experience is the same as everyone else's. After a month of nothing happening, I checked the tracking, and the package had not been picked up by the carrier. I contacted them. Requested a status. They gave me the run-around that they are really busy. I asked for a refund. They refused to cancel my order, telling me that they were preparing the package. Ultimately, I had to call my credit card company to request a refund.
If we can give them ZERO stars then that would be great. This site is a scam. As many of the reviews I just found on here, they indeed just take your money and disappear. We ordered back in September 9th it is now November 7th. Still no product. I have filed a dispute with my bank.
