I had a very bad experience for the previous Order no. 635480626 , 6 weeks and order not delivered and there is no any proper reply from your side for the delivery date when I contacted costumer service , then I asked for order cancellation, I wish no to have the same for the current order.
The product is perfect, my concern is regarding the logistics company in saudi arabia, each time i faced an issue with them such as tax payment by cash or delay in transmit and contacting me to deliver the shipment and then not showing up Appreciate solve this critical issue

you confirmed my purchase then said thank you but didnt attempt to take the payment in a timely fashion. I put holds on my cards after use and confirmation as we have experienced a significant rise in frauds and attempted frauds here in the UAE. Subsequently die to the delayed request for payment my initial payment was declined as I had reblocked my card again on the bank app.
